Most people love banana bread. However there are some people who simply cannot eat it. This banana bread that we are presenting to you now is sugar-free, grain-free, and easy to make. You can eat this bread for breakfast or like a desert. One thing is sure, your whole family is going to love it. All you need is a few ingredients, so grab them and let’s get to it!

Necessary ingredients:

  • 8 very ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 8 organic eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 3 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of coconut flour Note: You must use this ingredient!
  • 2 tsp of baking soda
  • ½ tsp of sea salt
  • 1 cup oforganic dark chocolate chips
  • you can add nuts as well if you like

Preparation:

First of all you need to preheat your oven to 350F. Then add all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix them until they are well combined.

Now take the coconut oil and grease the pans with it. Pour the mixture into these greased pans and put them into the oven.Bake the bread for about 45-60 minutes. When the top is golden, your bread should be ready. Enjoy!
